Who We Serve
Oil & Gas
Sour service is a materials problem before it is a pipe problem. Hydrogen sulphide cracks the wrong material regardless of how well the pipe was made, which is why the constraints sit on hardness, heat treatment condition and chemistry rather than on dimensions. We manufacture duplex and super duplex to NACE MR0175 and ISO 15156 on request, with hardness results on the certificate rather than a compliance box ticked.
Applications ← BackPharmaceutical
Hygienic tube is judged on what the inside surface does, not what the outside looks like. A crevice or a rough bore is somewhere a product residue stays after cleaning. We roll to DIN 11850 and DIN 11866 dimensions, hold the internal finish to the Ra grade your specification names, and electropolish on our own line rather than sending the tube out to be finished by someone else.
Applications ← BackAerospace & Defence
Tight tolerance work where the paperwork matters as much as the part. Hydraulic, fuel and instrumentation lines are made to the dimensional limits on the drawing rather than to the standard's allowance, and every batch ships with its heat number and full test documentation.
Applications ← BackPower Generation
Boiler, condenser and heat exchanger circuits run hot and corrode from both sides. These are the tubes where wall consistency stops being a dimensional matter and becomes a duty calculation. Supplied in austenitic, ferritic and where the service demands it, nickel alloy.
Applications ← BackChemical Processing
Reactors, exchangers and process piping carrying acids, solvents and aggressive media, where the grade is chosen for what it resists rather than what it costs. 316L, duplex and super duplex through to Hastelloy and the nickel alloys when the medium justifies it.
Applications ← BackMarine & Offshore
Saline atmosphere attacks continuously and from outside, so the grade has to hold up in service conditions nobody can control. Shipboard piping, offshore platform work and desalination, supplied in super duplex and the alloys that tolerate chlorides.
